How the procedure is performed

How painful is recovery after augmentation?
Most women describe tightness and muscle soreness - similar to a strenuous chest workout - rather than severe pain, especially for the first 3-5 days. Oral painkillers control it well. Will surgery affect mammograms or cancer screening later?
